Contribute to center operations and processes while obtaining firsthand experience that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.


  • Provide outreach support and care coordination assistance to the Outreach Nursing, and Case Management teams.
  • Serve as a patient navigator between the patient and center in collaboration with the front and back office departments.
  • Work independently on assigned projects. This may include health fairs, community events, presentations, analyzing workflow, quality improvement efforts, etc.
  • Determine customer service strategies to reduce wait time and high call volumes.
  • Assist in developing center policies and procedures.
  • Lend assistance in efforts to achieve Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality measure scores.


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, with a qualification in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to contribute both independently and as a key team member.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving skills combined with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
